Already went to visit them at the Olathe inspection station - mfr's certificate of origin for anything 'new' like a rolling chassis from P&J, body from N&N, etc. For anything from a salvage yard like engine and tranny they want a receipt that ties back to a salvage VIN, period, or a receipt from a rebuilder that eliminates questions of chop shop parts. Basically they want certs and receipts on every part of the vehicle, down to the bulbs in the lights. Puts a perspective on having more done in the 'package', or buying new from suppliers. No wonder these things rack up the $$$!!
