Only thing I could add for Albrainya is that I hope your employer is as loyal to you as you are to him!!!!! Believing in what you do is probably the most important part of doing a quality job!!!! Congrats on your dedication. But as Mike and Denny mentioned, most employers at dealerships that I've been involved in consider their line mechanics to be as easily replaced as the paper towels in the wash room............
