    Better hope thats it!!!!!!Other wise you will be upset when you get it back together and nothing has changed The tests are so you can fix the problem the first time,with out dye, pressure tests,leak down ...yada yada,you are only guessing at the problem.Lets see here gaskett, ,cracked bore ,cracked head,,you got 33 1/3 percent chance of being right
    Its gunna take longer than u thought and its gunna cost more too(plan ahead!)

    Im figuring the MOST likely culprit is the head gaskets...The car sat a long time & Im sure w 12:1s the cyl psi was too much...
    If the block/head is cracked Im only out $50 for gaskets + time which is what dye would have cost AND I dont have an air compressor/leakdown guage either although Im gonna do a compression test prior to removal.
