this tube is made of junk steel and is hard at times to weld but when i am lucky it looks like this i use 347 ss tig rod . when i weld the tubes up i use my mill clamping kit the blocks help get line up so i can weld it with out tring to hang on to it with out C clamps . i use small shims to to help. before i weld i make line up marks on the tubes were i want them to go with a fine tip marker and make O or X on the ends of the lines so i do not weld it on wrong way at this point it gets tack and if they fit up good they get welded
