    Here are a couple of phone numbers I pulled out of Cruisin' News, they are in Sacramento: Perfect It offers Blasting and powder coating (916)635-8720 and A to Z Soda Blasting (209)748-2050 or (916)825-8197. They have a web page at http://www.atozsodablasting.net. They say they offer mobile service too. American Stripping (916)387-9933, they say no sand or Chemicals used. Master Blaster (530)305-4450 in Auburn offers mobile soda blasting. You could also call Brizio's shop in S. San Francisco and ask them who they use.
