Not sure if my panhard bars are adjustable, never really paid that much attention to them before.

I would assume that the rub was squating down then rubbing. I had rode some family members around at a Labor Day picnic when it happened. I have rode people around before and it didn't occur.

Also, I have had the car jacked up recently, and plus the transmission was recently rebuilt and the had it on the racks.

I can take some pictures of the rear end if it would help.
