I too mostly always use Meguiar's line but have been known to use Mother's clay bar and it does work. I couldn't find a Meguiar's clay bar locally so I got the Mother's and it worked good too. If you pay any attention at car shows, 99% of people are using Meguiar's. Is it because it really works good or is it because it's what everyone else is using? LOL!

I am lucky enough to work for Meguiars at car shows as a fly in/drive in part timer/
Great products and great people/ They care about their customers and their cars.
There are a few other companies that have good products but not many care about the customers like Meguiars does

Iceburgh....How come none of the locals like AutoZone, Advance, and Wal-mart don't carry the Meguiars clay bar?

They have a choice to do so. Problem is the Meguiars line is so big it takes up to much shelf space.
Around here they have it also look for the new Smooth serface kit that is starting to show up in store now.
It is 2 bars of clay, QD, a Microfiber and small bottle of wax. SRP is $17.00 and is a great deal.
Ask the manager to carry it and he can order

Roger Wilco. I will look for it and buy it when I find it, or will ask for it.
