on my 56 dodge pu, ive got the cab and front end sitting on the fame, ive got the holes drilled for the body mounts and bolts in them... i was wondering if i need to use rubber mounts or not... i dont really want to because that would mean the truck will sit an 1" higher or so.. i even thought about making thin mounts for example the sidewall out of a tire cut into thin discs.. but if i can get away with nothing then so be it..
