I had to look in a dark corner of my tool box - and lo and behold, I still have one that probably hasn't been used in 30 - 35 years. Mine is a ~1/8x3/4 Wright Tool P/N S143.
There used to be a big Snap-On there too, but it seems to have disappeared.

there was one for the car, a bigger one for the 1-1/2 ton truck. i think most folks used something else to turn it with anyway. it was a lot of them ridding down the road loose, and nobody stoped to check then. 1/2 turn of slack in the steering wheel was okey back then.
