    Why do you feel the need to use a frame other than the stock one?

    Demon,

    Look at my website. I did an S-10 frame swap on an 52 F-1 ford. Read about the S-10 frame, and copy down the measurements. There should be enough info there to help you make a decision on the S-10 frame swap.
