There are a number of suppliers who can furnish air bag suspension components that can be grafted onto your existing frame. You don't necessarily have to re-frame the car and I can tell you, if you've never done it, it can be a handful. Of course, you'll need to string the existing frame to make sure it's square.

Here's a paper I wrote on how to do this in a down-and-dirty fashion without having a lot of money tied up in jigs and fixtures.....
