My pal and I got his hydralic deck trailer at a car show in Jersey,offered him 2 grand at the end of the show,and towed it home with us. breakaway system, what's that? only thing I thought was needed is safty chains, is this for car trailers only? both my dad's boats only have surge brakes and safty chains, maby the surge brake will lock the brakes up when the toung digs in?. I keep looking for trailers listed as car trailers, some I'v seen do have surge brakes, most of them I see have electric brakes.
