That shape is difficult to reproduce without a big stamping press and the proper dies to use in it to shape the part.
I think we have a mill in the back of the auto shop, could possibly put it on that. I could probably pound some metal over a steel rod of the correct diamater and make it work, but the Aluminum will probably look better.
