There is an old saying "a man who supervisies another is good, but a man who can do the work right is better" Thus said, I have not had a problem with my higher aboves, and there is no way Im going to suck up to another (unless a really hot woman, but thats another story) and lying (aka: Bullshit)gets you nowhere.
