Maybe? I checked and its definatly getting power. The starter is working, I think its hitting on the flywheel. I tried putting a washer first on the outter bolt then took it out and put it on the inner bolt. Both times it did the same thing . the last starter did the same thing after i took it out and put it in but it was the same starter out of it originally, I dunno what to do here im about at my wits end here.
