Does anyone know what is checked in a level 2 inspection??? I don't live in a emissions controlled area, but is that part of the inspection??? The DMV Site says that all that's required is the inspection and the vin to be assigned and that is 25 bucks altogether. I can't afford to get the book right now as it is all tied up in this car and school itself, so any info from someone who has been there and done that here in AZ would be appreciated greatly.
