I know its starting to look like stainless steel spaghetti in there but 2 of those lines coming off the distribution block run to the carbs to equalize the atmospheric pressure inside the carb under boost so it doesnt push the fuel the wrong way.. and yes the aeromotive fpr is boost indexed at 1 to 1 ratio with boost. I can run 10 psi all day long but anything over 15 psi and i have problems, so my fuel system is set up so i cant go over 14 psi even if i want to.
TECH1 = I considered enclosing them inside a box like that but why spend all that money if people cant see the carbs? I have around a grand in the carbs intakes and linkage kits. I think they look killer hanging off the head like that. I just wanted to put something different on the street.
I have a long way to go but my final goal is 400 hp at flywheel and around 325 to the pavement. This turbo is only good for around 280 hp. after its running and i get some dyno time i plan on upgrading to a garret ballistic concepts duall ball bearing turbo capable of 425 hp.dont compromize customize
boost is a substitute for cubic inches
I saw last night on fb about John. The world sure lost a great one. I'm going to miss his humor, advice, and perspective from another portion of the world. Rest in Peace Johnboy.
