you should figure out the degree of the curve you need by installing a piece of cardoard or any pattern material ( but paper ) in the hole as desired then cut a pattern to the curve that that piece makes and then go to the junkyard and find a cuttable glass or just get a price qoute on a piece of glass.

and always remember "fuk it up or fix it up, the parts cost the same."
