    Isnt a 68 a little late for a 235? It should be a 230 or 250 six.
    If it is a 230/250, the bellhousing is same pattern as a sbc. The 235 left us in 1962/1964 as I remember

    You can go on the web and find the transmission....probably the same for a six as was for a 307/327; perhaps the ratios in first and second were different.
