    Ok, so maybe what I thought was the EGR is...

    Ok, so maybe what I thought was the EGR is actually the PCV and I removed the PCV valve what then ?

    relieving crank case pressure

    After removing what I believe to be an EGR valve off of my intake on my CSB I noticed the front intake manifold gasket started to push out at the outter ends and later the gasket was completly blown...
