    You'll have to hook it to the carb linkage or foot feed. Like Tech said, look in the manual. The correct cable adjustment needs to be done if not it can ruin that trans. Not enough throttle pressure...

    I'm only guessing the second lever is for...

    I'm only guessing the second lever is for throttle pressure so the trans can adjust line pressure when more throttle is demanded?
