    We had some friends move out of Calif to Stillwater, Oklahoma..several years later they decided they did not like it there and wanted to move back..couldn`t afford Calif then. Too expensive to buy...

    My daughters husband`s grandfather just sold his first house in Newark Ca, bought new in 1960 for $13,500 it went into a bidding war...$895,000. Its location, location...just crazy.
