The big block Fords make tons of torque, anything you can do to increase the low rpm torque will add to the overall power and not effect driveability issues...


PS---I have built my own engines...

Roller rockers would be ok, but not essential. I would have the heads machined for regular rocker arm studs and go to the adjustable rockers and a set of guide plates along with the correct length...
