Can you title and Plate a Car Like that ? I have Heard even some of the Old car's are had to get Plates for Street use . Maybe start with an S-10 frame ?Wisdom is acquired by experience, not just by age

it's possible to title and plate it with the street rod laws. also allows the legal use of blue dotsYou don't know what you've got til it's gone

Just find yourself a cheap old truck cab. Could be easier to title and a good start. Anyway good luck on your build and most of all have fun.
