Theoretically, it's not that hard. Just change the cam so that the exhaust valves open in the intake stroke, etc. It's obvious that he's using the exhaust ports for intake and vice-versa, so the flow characteristics would be crap unless there was extensive head work done - such as porting and switching the intake and exhaust valve seats.
That comes under my "what's the point" list.Jack
