guys spray all types of metal s any shop that builds up shafts and plates etc that are hurt by rust. worn or over machined or to added a better metal on a part for wear .or rust look in the yellow pages under thermal spraying or metallizing i only seen it done one time. not to good to be around when its being put on.but i have had things done they use air a gass and wire that looks like a spray gun that use a electric charge the metal comes out like hot sparks.there is a shop here mi that will do the job
