Drag racers used to do this back in the 70's as I remember. Of course, they didn't have to flow water through them either, just for drags. Wouldn't work on the street unless you re-figured it to pass water. It might be even easier today with the advent of aluminum heads. They're gettin' pretty cheap. Whatta ya think?
i have never heard cutting a small block head to fit a inline six , my friend terry is dead set on a wayne head and i think willing to spend the money, the car its going in ,scratch that its already in is a 46 ply convert . i will post pictures as soon as i get them scaned
