    The latest issue of Street Rodder (March 2005, p72) says they are still made in improved form by a Don Ferguson of Paramount Forge and he gives a site address as www.ardun.com, with the comment that they put out about 300 H.P. I dare not even think about the price of such beautiful exotica! Note the original heads produced only 175 H.P. on a stock block as shown on oogabooga:

    and of course a properly prepared 8BA with aluminum flatheads and a Merc 4" crank can be set up for about 270 H.P. In my case the fact that I can get about 270 H.P. from a mild SBC 350 for about $1700 convinced me, but there is no denying the beauty of the Ardun engine. Good Luck!
