I'll take 85 bucks for it. Remember that the 9.3 is nearly impossible to find gears for. So if the 2.80 gearset suits your purpose, then you are in good shape.

The two reliefs have to be cut in the 9" housing flange to clear the larger ring gear of the 9.3" diff.

Can this (cutting 2 reliefs) be done to an exisiting housing or do I have to have the correct housing?

what would it cost for you to ship it to Southern California 91364?

    Thanks
