27_3window- Is that just a stock exhuast manifold gehto rigged for an turbo?

This is in fact the setup made by the company for the turbo set-up. It is not a ghetto rig.

Streets- IF this "Flapper door" closes under Boost,
HOW in the heck does it get any Air/Fuel mixture to
even run??

Once the turbo starts to boost the air-fuel in drawn into the turbo and forced back into the lower intake. This forch 'pushes' the flapper closed. Under idle the air-fuel goes straight down thru the manifold as with any other manifold. Also, at idle there is insufficient boost from the turbo to close the flapper door therefor allowing normal aspiration.
