As long as you know what black it was, it should be easy for just about any competent body shop.

Like Bill says, knowing what black was laid on the last time is key to matching. Black is not a universal color. There are many, many shades of black out there with Harley Davidson Black being one of the darkest, to others that have other tints mixed.
