Reminds me of a story..When I had my short holiday in California,back in 1991,I was staying with friends,who worked for Rod Millen at Huntington Beach..The guys were having a late night session,working hard to get his rally car done in time,and they were painting the body shell near the open rear doors of the shop..Was about 2.30-3.00 AM,and a police chopper rattled in,put the spotlight on the shop and had a look..Seems someone driving by heard the noise,saw paint flying,and thought they had stumbled on an after hours chop shop operation... From what Murray(bud) said,a couple of cop cars pulled up.and all but raided the place,,An explanation from Rod saw them back off and let them get on with it..
