Is this what you're looking for? I took this in June at NSRA York.

Same roofline, but this is actually the bodystyle before. I think it was a 33-35 model.

The front end on this one is nicer looking, in my own opinion, but my customer has the '36-'38 model.

Thanks, anyway. Great truck to look at.

Old thread I know but have you started on this project? If not then I would keep it pretty stock... I like custom vehicles but I own a rare 46 Chrysler 3 window business coupe that supposedly only 700 and something were made from 46-48 so I plan to keep mine all original just for this fact of it being so rare. Or else I would have lowered it, chopped it some, etc etc.
I like weird and odd vehicles like that one above even though some can look bulky and ugly to most, I like em.

Those are nice looking. I like the last lowered one definately. Not the color but the stance. That's sad to see the picture with all of them in the field just rotting away.

Don't worry about those rusting panel trucks!.....someday they will be rat rods, built the way "they used to be!"

No, I haven't started my part of the project....other than initial drawings. We will use a dark color to try to "shink" the size of the truck, and also make it more sinister.

The owner hasn't made any major body modifications, but the power will be a very large late Hemi, with a blower.

Haha rat rod and the way they used to be... Totally opposite comments of eachother. Well either way I can't wait to see what you guys do with this one.
