    it is not so much the black but the clear. you have trap the black under the clear and any thing you do you are working on the clear .that is why alot of guys that want a deep black will sand it flat and reshoot it with clear or more black to have it dead flat i like no clear on black and think you will have the deepest paint this way i have did many with clear and no clear so you need to work out the web marks on the clear.
