Hard to say without seeing it. If you still have holes that need filling, I would imagine it probably needs a bunch of other work.
See if the guy who was going to do it can recomend someone to do it. If he was in the shop biz long enough to retire, I would imagine he knows a lot of others in the body shop biz.Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, Live for Today!
