Thanks Streets, That must be what it is. It make a mess but did the paint thinner work? Does it create a toxic substance. I don't want to kill my neighbors.

I used paint thinner one time to disolve it and what a mess it was.. "Rot work" in the shop was $85.00@hr at that time.. After that job I raised it to $135.00@hr...Clark Web Design
