I am using a Chinese aluminum aftermarket unit that was a couple of hundred dollars new on Ebay. Cooling it with a Spal electric fan. No fan on the engine. Runs cool, no overheating. Also kept the original 41 rad. I can send measurements if you need them. A 302 is a little tight in the engine bay, but will fit. A friend just finished a 302 C4 install on his 40 truck.

That is a nice lookin truck. It is nice to hear someone else has had success in doing something i am planning. Thanks for the offer on the measurements. I realize i am FAR from being even remotely close to being able to put a rad in my truck.
