As was mentioned a welder and torch will make the car anylength you want(with skill in that area. My concern is the 2 car garage that is only 19' long. You may want to concider a larger bulding to work in. Either add on to the one you have or build a bigger one. Looks to me your in trouble with room before even getting a car. Dosen't Wa have cold winters???
