New to the site
Been dink'in with cars for over 50 years now (how time flys). Bought my first car at 12 ($10 for a '36 Chevy coupe from the Bell System). Took me about 6 months to get it running and as soon as I got it out of the garage some guy offered my $200 for it. I was hooked for life
Let me see, that may be the only car I ever owned that I actually MADE money on. These days its not about the money anyhow, its about the experience. I'm not much into the 'lawn chair' scene but I do like to get out and go somewhere and enjoy the drive.
Current cars:
'33 Chevy 3 Window Coupe (ZZ4 - 2X4 -Crane cam -700R4)
'06 Corvette Z51 6spd
(And some SUV kind of thing for those icy days)

Welcome aboard from another guy who started dink'n with cars at age 13 (56 years ago!!) Great site with good people. EnjoyBuying parts I don't need, with money I don't have, to impress people I don't like

Yeah, because of all the spammers, scammers, and porn peddlers that hit these sites, you have to make a few posts before the 'puter takes you off the moderated list. PITA for the newbs, but saves a lot of grief once you get passed it.Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, Live for Today!

Thanks everyone. Yeah, I couldn't stay away. Cars ARE addicting. This is the modern version of sitting around at a closed filling station at midnight after you took your girlfriend home............

Have you called one of the big parts warehouses? Jegs or Summit I'm sure could offer you some direction. I tried some basic searches but the 153 tooth flywheel didn't come up.. I'd say a phone...
