Just to clarify, it's not the vintage that's at issue, primarily because Ford never made a production truck with suicide doors. The cloth insert muddies the waters some more. Makes it sound even more like a conversion. The '33-5 Dodge panel trucks had an insert, but I don't recall the pickups having that.
