My book says Saratoga is a C-30
If it 's not a saratoga what is it?? Beleave it or not the one way to tell is the interior color. The total seriesproduction was lumped together on some that number is 24,301. So I guess that the differance would be the trim package.

    C-28 denotes Royal, Windsor, Highlander
C-30 denotes Saratoga, New Yorker, N.Y.Highlander, Crown Imperial Line
    Hope this helps
