    Building a '35 Chevy....never done this before

Hi all, Please understand I may not speak your language yet but I am willing to learn. I bought a 1935 Chevy standard 2 door sedan that has had the floor, wheel wells, partial firewall and doors replaced. The frame has been modified with a mustang front end and the rear axle has been shortened to 9" (?????)..still not sure where the 9 inches come from, I have been measuring everything in sight but can't find anything that measures 9 inches. I have a 327 350 HP 1968 engine with Auto transmission in it. I have taken it all apart and I am going to start with painting the frame. Can anyone suggest a good "How to build a hotrod" magazine/book to help with this project.. . I think I have attached a picture of my car the day I bought it. Thanks and you guys seem very friendly Dick Picture 044.jpg
