Yeah well, that 283 is still a really good motor so dont junk it or sell it cheap or nothing. Save it if you plan to do future builds. TBI is nice IMO. Something different. I think a 350 though with MPI would be awsome. But yeah Matt is probably right, throw a 327 or 350 in it. Difference in gas probably wont be much. Oh and you didn't affend anyone with the ricer comment... This is Club Hot Rod, we like and have hot rods.
