The motor does have solid lifters. Cant be the oil pump because I already put in a brand new melling. Im still getting 80 psi at idle. Now where the oil returns to the block there is one open hole and one with a plug Im wondering if that plug should be there? Im grasping at straws. No idea. Because the motor is totally rebuilt coould it be tight tolerances? I have no idea.
