I just read one of your previous posts where you list the engine as a Fire Dome. What do the valve covers or plug wire covers say on them?
The reason I ask is that the Fire Dome is a DeSoto engine while the Fire Power is the Chrysler engine. Parts do NOT interchange between the 2 engines.I've NEVER seen a car come from the factory that couldn't be improved.....

Mike is going to be the expert on this one. From what I've heard, there were so many variations of Hemis made back then and lots of stuff is not interchangeable. Also, dust off your Visa card.........you are going to need it.

ya that was an accident i meant fire power.
