I measured mine last night, it is 52" from drum backing to backing. The drums are only about 3" thick, but then there is another 2 or 3" of material until you get to the wheel mounting surface. I think I'd rather not have a deep wheel, so I guess I need a rear with mounting surfaces way out at 62" or so.
