Good one. I'm using a 9" in both the Cougar ( 2.75:1) and the Bronco (?:1). I'd recomend a solid rear axle with either leafs or coils with either a torque shaft or axle braces. Coils will be more of a street rod trick while leafes will retain the trucks functionality. Also, the 9" is the strongest rear end (due to sheer size).Originally posted by Don Meyer
