Narrower track is not a safety problem, and 44" is only 2" narrower than a standard P&J tube axle.
However, if you're going from I-beam to tube, what kind of front axle locators do you have: Split wishbones, 4-bar or hairpins? That can make a difference.Last edited by Henry Rifle; 10-01-2004 at 06:30 PM.
