You bet Mat, in the older cars the steel fuel lines would get hot and boil the gas making it hard to pump. People used to put on tin foil or many clothes pins to act as a heat sink to disapate the heat off of the line. You can also put new rubber line or aircraft line to keep it down. You may think I'm crazy but I know if you put the foil back on, with the shinny side, out it will help.You don't know what you've got til it's gone
