Wow....big plus. I found a fuel tank that'll fit without re-modifying the rear frame rails. Tanks makes a nice EFI tank for 64-68 Mustangs. I'll be able to mount it directly to the bottom of frame rails. Perfect. I like it when stuff starts making sense. This will be a Chevy, Pontiac, Corvette, Ford, Dodge truck when finished. LOL's. Anyone have any acronyms that'll work with the above? LOLs.

These Mustang tanks are seen in a few frames . How would you figure they made them at such a perfect width .

    Bobby,

I've been racking my brain trying to find something that would work without chopping up the frame again. I had a tank made and all I can say is it was very square and didn't look right hanging below the frame. I wanted something with round edges. While I was roaming net for OEM stuff I found a site that had the measurements and surprise, there it was, 64 Mustang tank. So I cruised over to Tank Incs site and sure enough they had them to with the Walbro EFI pump. Perfect. And I love how they mount......bolts all the way around the tank on the flange.

Heck, this was one of many reasons I set the truck to the side. Just couldn't figure out what to do without loosing the bed floor to an auxillery tank.

Going to shop to get the dimensions for all the AN hoses, power steer pump, trans cooler lines, fuel lines, etc.

Ordered the correct length column from Jegs, the sway bar parts from Speedway Engineering, C4 coil over relocate from Speedway Automotive, and misc LS stuff from Speedway Motors. LOL's. There sure are a lot of places that start with Speedway.

I'm anxious to get the column in so I can get back after the headers.

Oh and my wife (Lisa) called and said she got me a new camera so once I get it figured out I'll start updating my progress again.
